Whether you're balancing work, raising kids, adjusting to an empty nest, or simply feeling stuck, it's easy to lose sight of your own health and joy. If you're carrying stress, living with persistent aches and pains, struggling to build healthy habits, or wondering where you went while caring for everyone else, you're not alone.
I'm a BSN-prepared Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience, a Licensed Massage Therapist for more than 10 years, a Board Certified Nurse Coach, and I'm currently completing my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree. I'm also continuing my education in Dynamic Body Balancing (DBB), a body-based approach that helps release tension, support nervous system regulation, and complements lasting wellness.
Together, we'll focus on practical lifestyle changes, stress management, body awareness, nervous system regulation, and sustainable habits through evidence-informed nurse coaching, lifestyle medicine, and body-based care.

Hi, I'm Misty Fuller
I’m a Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience in occupational health and safety, public education, and wellness-based care, including owning and practicing in a clinical wellness setting as an RN and Licensed Massage Therapist. I currently work part-time in a college campus clinic and am completing my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree, continuing to deepen my focus on whole-person health and well-being.
I’m passionate about integrating nurse coaching, lifestyle medicine, and body-based care to support physical health, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. Over the years, I’ve helped men and women reduce stress, improve daily habits, and reconnect with their health, confidence, and sense of self.
I also understand what it feels like to be in the middle of a full, demanding life. As a wife of 23 years and a mom, I live in the same tension many of my clients do—trying to care well for others while also caring for myself. That’s why my approach is grounded in realism, not perfection. We focus on sustainable changes that actually fit your life.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen, soaking up some sunshine while reading a book, spending time with my family, or enjoying the simple rhythms of everyday life.

Weight gain from my pregnancy has really put some stress on my joints and it’s not easy getting right back to my workouts, now that the baby depends on me around the clock. And because I have to eat well, to have good milk production, so the weight just wants to pile on! She’s recently recommended some really good ways to structure my day in order to get a little self-care in and still be able to tend to my baby when she needs me. DBB is supportive, calming, and tailored to meet you where you are. Many clients notice they feel lighter, more relaxed, and more connected to their body after a session. Ready to experience what your body has been asking for?

Connection + Growth
This monthly membership offers support for your mind, body, and nervous system through a combination of hands-on care and personalized coaching. Each month includes one DBB session, one nurse coaching session, and supportive email resources to guide your journey.
